Just spent the past day looking over the Affero GPL, and it seems to cover a lot of the bases that will make a pure-play open source SaaS-type product a viability.

It will be interesting to see if anything comes of this in the near future…how a community developed product that lives in the cloud, as it were, brings up a lot of questions and concerns. I imagine we will be coming back to this topic in this blog quite a bit as the APGL v3 takes hold.
