Try getting an English speaking CSR! Sprint outsourcing has caught up with them as Teletech gets paid regardless of whether the CSRs do a good job or not. The last layoff they told us we would handle the CEO jobs of those laid off......I thought about it for about 15 minutes and walked out. Good thing.......I am sure I would be in the upcoming layoff.
