		<description>Yes, the profile info has been there always but that which was given unwittingly. :( Its the friending and introduction of a medium to do social activities online that will convert it traditional apps into a socnet. But its a disaster waiting to happen if employees aren&#039;t trained how to deal with customers on the networking platforms, be they gated or not.</description>
